Job Title: Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our thriving production and creative agency. We are changing the way businesses create content through our unique model.

This is an exciting time for our business as we look to grow fast in the UK and the USA.

In this role you will have autonomy over the development of relationships with advertising agencies and brands in sports and technology.

You will work alongside the co-founders of the business who are looking for a strong individual who has the ambition to become a director themselves.

Main Purpose of Job:

  1. To oversee all marketing efforts for Dojo Films including (but not limited to) managing the website, a blog, social media channels and PPC campaigns.

  2. To generate new leads for the business through meaningful and researched connections, calls and emails.

  3. To act as an oversight producer on video projects for international clients. This will entail managing teams across different time-zones to ensure projects run on time, within budget and always deliver customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks:

  1. Manage all social media accounts and websites, involving keeping content and communication updated and consistent with the brand.

  2. Outbound sales - You will be actively sourcing new contacts who may be interested in using our services. Cold calling, emailing and networking are essential to this role.

  3. Project management of multiple projects simultaneously.

  4. Producing - You will be the main communication link between our worldwide clients and creative network.

Key Results/Objectives:

  1. Improve and increase brand awareness within the software, technology and sports industries.

  2. Increase revenue.

  3. Improve and streamline our production process, ensuring all clients receive the highest quality service at all times.

What experience do we need / Ideal skills to have:

  • Project management and video production

  • Sales and marketing expertise

  • Maintaining good customer relationships

  • Self-motivation to achieve and even exceed targets

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Agency experience would be a bonus

  • Passion for sports, technology and sustainability
