Craft. Precision. Global.

Dojo Films is a global creative video studio for SaaSA network of experienced filmmakers united by one standard: excellence in every frame. We create commercials, brand films, product videos, customer stories and digital content, leading every project from concept to delivery.
What our partners say
“Dojo was built around a gap we kept seeing in B2B technology: ambitious companies with complex products, global teams and high-stakes moments — but no reliable creative partner that understood both production and commercial pressure.”
Tom, Co-founder & MD

Meet the core team

Our team has produced content for some of the world's fastest-growing technology companies.

Tom Voller
Co-Founder & Managing Director

Tom works with SaaS founders and marketing leaders to turn complex products, launches and growth stories into content people actually connect with. His time goes on ideation and creative strategy — the marketing problem first, the film second. His background is commercial rather than creative, and he's supported businesses from seed to IPO, SumUp and Navan among them. He hosts Dojo's podcast, The WTF Happened There.

Runs most mornings, follows far too many sports, and takes every excuse the job offers to travel.

Sam Ramsden
Founder

Sam started Dojo a decade ago, after twenty years directing and producing for global brands, much of it in documentary. He's the reason sustainable production practice is a default here rather than an add-on. Today he leads ShowUp, Dojo's sister business, which helps founders publish consistent, strategic content on social — he remains a founder and shareholder at Dojo, and the two businesses work side by side.

Spent most of last year teaching himself Japanese, and is still at it.

Sophie Hyatt
Head of Production

Sophie leads Dojo's global production team, taking projects from concept through to delivery. Years of producing brand and marketing content have built her a crew network across most time zones, which is why Dojo can under-promise and over-deliver as a matter of habit rather than luck. She's the person you want in your corner when a shoot gets complicated — and the reason clients come back.

Based in Barcelona with her husband and daughter, after several years in Australia. Still hasn't stopped travelling.

Ropu Chen
Senior Editor

RoPu finds the story fast. She builds narrative that holds attention and — unusually for an editor — starts from what a film needs to achieve commercially rather than from the footage, which is why clients notice when she's on their project. She also leads Dojo's motion design and animation, and much of the studio's in-house design work. She and Sophie worked together long before either joined Dojo.

Takes a month off every year to cycle somewhere improbable: Kyrgyzstan, Kenya, and this year China, usually with her son.

Adam Reynolds
Commercial Manager

Adam joined Dojo in 2026 and leads the commercial side of client projects, working with marketing leaders and C-suite teams. He thinks in distribution rather than deliverables: his background is social-first content, so he starts from how an idea will land in a feed, then works out how far it can stretch — into a wider campaign, an episodic series, or sales enablement a team will use.

A serious football fan, and the person most likely to derail a Monday call with the weekend's results.

Eve Fitzpatrick
Senior Producer

One of Dojo's earliest hires, Eve has spent over four years producing work across three continents: documentaries in Africa, energy installation films in Canada, product shoots in Swedish studios. She works alongside Sophie and owns projects from brief to delivery. Having started her career in front of the camera, she's unusually good at getting the people in front of it to relax and say something real.

Belfast-born and London-based, and still insists Sweden was the coldest shoot she's ever worked on.

the creative, the production value, the standard, in every market.
We deliver
on time, on budget, measured against the metrics that matter.

Two ways to work

one studio
Most studios pick a lane. We run two, deliberately. We partner with creative agencies as a production engine; protecting their creative and scaling their delivery. And we work directly with SaaS marketing teams as their end-to-end video solution. The same network, the same standard, two relationships built for two very different needs.

Dojo Films felt less like an agency and more like a creative partner embedded in our team.
