The Challenge
As part of Enterprise Nation’s Channel 4 competition, Calla Shoes wanted to raise awareness of its footwear designed specifically for women with bunions. The challenge was to tackle a topic that is often overlooked while creating a stylish, confidence-led campaign that showcased the brand’s products without focusing solely on the condition itself.
The Approach
We created a fashion-led commercial that celebrated confidence and comfort in equal measure. By using elegant cinematography, carefully considered wardrobe styling and dynamic movement, we heroed the shoes while telling a relatable story that challenged the stigma surrounding bunions. The result was a campaign that felt aspirational, empowering and true to the brand.
The Impact
The advert aired on Channel 4 as part of Enterprise Nation’s competition, before being repurposed across digital and social channels. By combining a premium visual style with a meaningful brand message, the campaign helped introduce Calla Shoes to a much wider audience while positioning the brand as a stylish solution for women seeking both comfort and confidence.
The Business Outcome
The campaign generated a significant increase in brand awareness, with Calla Shoes reporting a dramatic rise in website traffic and customer enquiries following its release. By helping the brand reach new audiences through television and digital channels, the project contributed to increased engagement and stronger commercial momentum.
