Unframe
Employee Branding
The Challenge
Unframe is a fast-growing SaaS company with no central office: three founders split between Berlin, Tel Aviv and the US, and a fully remote team spread across Europe, the Middle East and North America. Competing for the very best talent in every department, often against the likes of Google, they needed to show the world who they are and what it is like to work there. At the start of 2026 we began discussing an employee story series, but Unframe also needed on-brand content out in the world quickly, without the cost and complexity of filming a distributed workforce across multiple countries.
The Approach
Rather than propose a multi-crew global production, we worked with Unframe’s central team to find a smarter route and uncovered one in their own calendar: a company-wide offsite in Barcelona in June 2026. For the first time, the whole team would be in one place. We developed a creative concept built around that moment, setting up a single day of filming in a room at the team’s hotel and scheduling individuals throughout the day. Each conversation explored both the person and the business unit they had joined, giving every film a human story and a clear picture of the role.
The Impact
One day of filming delivered a complete employee content library: ten individual employee story films, a Meet the Team compilation, and a set of business-unit edits covering marketing, engineering, operations and finance. Every piece shared a consistent, distinctly Unframe feel, and the content now lives across YouTube, LinkedIn, the company’s social channels and its website. By building the production around an existing moment, Unframe secured multiple on-brand deliverables at a fraction of the budget and lead time a global shoot would have required.
The Business Outcome
The series has given Unframe a way to show prospective candidates what the business is really like, who they would be working alongside and the scale of the opportunity in front of them. For a remote company hiring against the world’s biggest technology employers, that authentic view of its people and culture has become a genuine advantage: the films now support the recruitment team’s efforts to attract top-tier talent across every department, and have been one of the strongest-performing pieces of employer content the company has released.
