The Challenge
Fluxon had just closed its Series A and was relaunching with a new brand, website and market position. Its new VP of Marketing knew that position would only land if there was proof behind it. Every engineering partner in its market makes the same claims, so the job wasn't simply to produce testimonials. It was to give sceptical founders a reason to believe, told by people just like them.
The Approach
We made the customer the hero, not Fluxon. Every film followed one framework (the challenge, the partnership, the outcome) using unscripted, documentary-style interviews shot in each founder's own workplace. We started on the creative straight after the first call. Four days after sign-off, two crews were shooting back to back in New York and San Francisco from the same creative approach, so five separate stories still feel like one series.
The Impact
The programme gave Fluxon five customer stories ready for its website launch, each one speaking to a different kind of buyer. Instead of Fluxon describing its own value, its customers' founders did it, from Eppo's journey to acquisition by Datadog to Puzzle building a customer-validated prototype in under a month. It turned a new brand position into something prospects could see backed up by their peers.
The Business Outcome
We delivered the full programme in 60 days, from first call to final films, in time for the rebrand. Fluxon's sales and marketing teams now have credible social proof for the website, social channels and outreach. The project has already led Fluxon to commission more customer stories, so what started as a launch asset is becoming an ongoing source of proof.
