The Challenge
We started working with Unframe in January 2026. It was one of the fastest-growing companies in enterprise AI, and within a few months it had raised $50m, passed $100m in total contract value in its first year and reached 400% net revenue retention. But enterprise AI is crowded, and every competitor is claiming the same thing. Unframe had a different story to tell: a business model where it only succeeds when its customers do, and leaders with real conviction. The challenge was to get that story out of sales meetings and in front of the market, at the pace the business was moving.
The Approach
Rather than book separate shoots around busy leadership diaries, we used Unframe's company offsite in Barcelona in June, when the leadership team was all in one place. With a creative director, we built a format that could produce several episodes in a single shoot day. The episodes were relaxed, unscripted conversations shot on two cameras. Each setting and seating arrangement was different, so every episode had its own identity while the series still hung together. Each leader took on one clear subject. CEO and co-founder Shay Levi spoke about the fundraising journey, the culture he has built, and why customer expansion is at the heart of Unframe's growth. Benoit Postic, Head of Sales for France and Southern Europe, spoke in French about Unframe's outcome-based model and why it appeals to large, regulated organisations.
The Impact
One day of filming gave Unframe a library of thought leadership: long-form episodes, with shorter cutdowns for social. The format let each leader speak candidly, so the films come across as real opinion rather than corporate messaging. Filming Benoit in his own language gave Unframe native-language content aimed at a priority market, which most scale-ups don't bother with. The team posted every episode as soon as it was delivered.
The Business Outcome
The series has become an ongoing part of Unframe's content output, and the business has commissioned more work off the back of it. Unframe's new VP of Marketing called Dojo's work "exceptional". Unframe's leaders are now appearing on podcasts and in global publications, and the series gives them a consistent, polished way to put their point of view in front of the market.
